Saurabh is especially known for his knack for pre-opening success. Over the last decade, he has led the launch of four luxury hotels and four dynamic F&B concepts — each one a masterclass in thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and guest-first strategy. From setting up systems from scratch to building passionate, high-performing teams, Saurabh knows what it takes to transform a vision into a thriving reality.
