His career spans prestigious hospitality brands including Radisson Blu Pune Hinjewadi, Crowne Plaza Pune City Center, The Orchid Hotel Pune, Radisson SPA and Resort Lonavala, and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport.

Known for his data-driven approach and strategic foresight, Rakesh has consistently led revenue transformation initiatives from dynamic pricing strategies and market segmentation to advanced forecasting and demand analysis. His expertise in hotel management systems such as Opera, Fidelio, Holidex, SAP, INNKEYS, Synxis, WINHMS, RevTOOLS, and Delphi has enabled him to optimize distribution channels and drive measurable performance improvements across properties.

At Sayaji Hotel Wakad, he will spearhead revenue strategy, pricing optimization, and inventory management while working closely with sales and operations teams to unlock new growth opportunities. His focus will be on strengthening market positioning, maximizing RevPAR, and ensuring sustainable profitability in Pune’s competitive hospitality landscape.
