A seasoned professional with extensive pre-opening and operational experience, he has grown through key housekeeping roles across leading international hotel brands, earning multiple awards for excellence and leadership.

In his most recent assignment, Pronab successfully led housekeeping operations at a prominent resort in Goa, driving service quality, implementing SOPs, and enhancing departmental performance.

At Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Pronab will oversee all housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort. His commitment to operational efficiency and team development will further strengthen the resort’s service excellence.
