Surat, June 2025 - Surat Marriott Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Sambuddha Banerjee as the Learning and Development Manager. Bringing over 6 years of rich and diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Sambuddha will spearhead the hotel’s training and talent development efforts and driving a culture of excellence, elevating associate capabilities, and nurturing future leaders.

In his pivotal role, Sambuddha has held key learning and development positions across prestigious Marriott International hotels, including JW Marriott Pune, Westin Kolkata, Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad. His most recent assignment was at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, where he served as Assistant Manager Learning & Development. There, he successfully led multi-brand training programs and played a critical role in shaping cohesive, service-oriented teams.
