With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Manpreet Singh brings deep operational insight and a strong service orientation to his role as General Manager at The Fern Surya Resort, Dharampur (Kasauli Hills). Beginning his career with the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels, Manpreet has built a solid foundation in Food & Beverage operations which is his core area of expertise while steadily advancing through key managerial positions.

His professional journey includes leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands such as Sarovar Hotels, Mahindra Holidays etc. In his new role as General Manager, Manpreet is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s day-to-day operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving overall efficiency. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Hari Narayan brings a strategic and people-focused approach to his role as Operations Manager at The Fern Habitat, Mundhwa, Pune. His expertise spans hotel operations, team development and guest experience enhancement with a proven track record in both pre-opening and established property environments.

Prior to joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Hari held key roles with reputed hospitality brands including Imperativ Hospitality (Bloom Hotels) where he served as Hotel Manager overseeing pre-opening operations, guest satisfaction and team management. He also worked with The Paul Resorts & Hotels focusing on revenue management, guest relations and reservations in the luxury resort segment.

In his current capacity as Operations Manager, Hari oversees pre-opening activities, managing day-to-day operations and driving recruitment, training, licensing and vendor coordination. He also acts as a vital link between property ownership and hotel operations ensuring smooth communication and community engagement.
