Ashish Thakre brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of culinary excellence. Known for his innovative approach to cuisine, strategic kitchen management, and operational efficiency, he has held various roles across leading hospitality brands such as Accor, Taj, Marriott International, and Hyatt, at several national and international destinations and consistently delivered high-quality dining experiences.

Vikas Sood, General Manager of The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre managed by The Leela welcomes Ashish to The Leela Gandhinagar & The Convention Centre. His extensive experience, combined with his passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, will play a key role in enhancing our F&B experiences and strengthening the complex’s position as the true Indian luxury.
