With over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, a dynamic and award-winning professional has joined The Orchid Hotel Lonavala as its new General Manager. The hotel is pleased to welcome Asit Ghosh, who brings a wealth of expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Prior to joining The Orchid Hotel Lonavala, Asit Ghosh held senior leadership roles at prestigious hospitality brands such as Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Spectrum Resorts, and The Clarks Group. He has a proven track record of driving profitability, enhancing guest experiences, and leading pre-opening operations across diverse properties.

In 2017–18, he was honored with the Best Performing General Manager Award (Second Runner-Up, India & Nepal) by Cygnett Hotels and Resorts, underscoring his dedication to operational excellence and team leadership.
