Known for his operational sharpness and people-centric leadership style, Rai has consistently driven top-line growth and guest satisfaction while launching and scaling marquee properties across geographies. His tenure at Accor, in particular, was marked by the successful management of large-format hotels and resorts, each known for their culinary innovation and expansive banqueting spaces.

“The Orchid Mumbai has long been a pioneer in ecotel hospitality, and it’s a privilege to take on the responsibility of leading such an iconic property,” . “My focus will be on building further on its legacy—enhancing guest experiences, strengthening the team, and deepening our commitment to sustainability in every aspect of the hotel’s journey.”
