He is poised to elevate Oliveto’s gastronomic narrative with his expertise in Italian cuisine. Chef Robert brings an exceptional background gained across prestigious properties, including leadership roles with international hotel brands around the world. A native Italian in the island of Sardinia in his new role, Chef Roberto will oversee the full culinary experience at Oliveto.
