Having joined The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi as Executive Sous Chef, Chef Ankit has been instrumental in advancing the hotel’s culinary identity. His tenure has been defined by thoughtful menu innovation, a meticulous approach to quality, and his ability to nurture high-performing kitchen teams. His elevation reflects not just his professional excellence, but also the strong culinary direction he has helped establish for the hotel. Chef Ankit began his journey at The Imperial, New Delhi, and has since contributed significantly to globally recognized hospitality brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Taj West End Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Conrad Pune, and internationally at Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury. His career illustrates a deep commitment to mastering diverse cuisines, honing technical expertise, and leading kitchens with precision and integrity.
