With over a decade of experience across leading luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants in India and Dubai, Simranjit Singh brings extensive expertise in beverage operations, wine program development, and guest-centric service. A seasoned sommelier, his career has been shaped by a deep understanding of global wine cultures and a strong focus on quality, innovation, and team development.
Simranjit’s interest in wine began during his college years, where wine education was part of his academic curriculum. This foundation led him to pursue formal studies in wine and gain early professional experience with a boutique beverage consultancy firm. He later moved to Dubai, drawn by the city’s dynamic culinary landscape and global hospitality standards, where he established himself as a respected name in the industry.
In his new role, Simranjit Singh will lead the overall beverage strategy at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, overseeing wine and beverage programs across the hotel with a focus on consistency, innovation, and memorable guest experiences.
