Nitesh Bairwa Appointed Executive Housekeeper

The resort welcomes Nitesh Bairwa as Executive Housekeeper. A seasoned hotel operations leader, Nitesh brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale housekeeping operations and developing efficient cleaning protocols. He joins from Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, where he served as second-in-command for room operations and earned the prestigious “HOD of the Year Award” in both 2022 and 2024. During his tenure, he achieved remarkable milestones, including securing perfect 100% cleanliness scores in brand standard audits and receiving the “Highest Rooms Profit Margin vs Budget Award” in 2024.

Nitesh’s return to Jaipur marks a homecoming to the city where he honed his skills at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, progressing from Housekeeping Associate to Housekeeping Executive. He also previously served as Housekeeping Manager at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, where he drove an 8.4% improvement in room cleanliness scores within a year. An alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Jodhpur, Nitesh has further enhanced his leadership capabilities through acclaimed programs such as “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and Marriott’s “Foundations of Leadership.” In his new role, he will lead housekeeping operations with a strategic focus on efficiency, quality, and elevated guest satisfaction.

Hemant Sharma Appointed Chief Engineer

Hemant Sharma joins as Chief Engineer, bringing over a decade of distinguished experience in engineering management and strategic planning within the hospitality sector. His career spans reputed hospitality brands including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi, ITC Hotels, and multiple properties under Marriott International.

At the resort, Hemant will oversee all engineering operations, ensuring uncompromising standards of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. His focus will be on implementing sustainable engineering solutions aligned with Marriott’s global benchmarks, supporting the property’s vision of balancing luxury leisure with environmental responsibility.

Pradip Chandra Das Appointed Loss Prevention Manager

The resort also welcomes Pradip Chandra Das as Loss Prevention Manager. With over 17 years of extensive experience in hospitality security and risk management, Pradip brings significant expertise in safeguarding assets, guests, and associates. Most recently, he led pre-opening security operations at Udaipur Marriott Hotel. His prior leadership roles include positions at Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad and Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur.

A specialist in emergency preparedness and risk mitigation, Pradip holds certifications in First-aid, AED, and CPR, and achieved a 100% score in third-party “I JET” Threat Condition RED Audits. In his new capacity, he will oversee all loss prevention programs, ensuring full compliance with brand standards and local regulations while fostering a secure and resilient environment.

Sulabh Pansare Appointed IT Manager

Sulabh Pansare joins as IT Manager, bringing strong expertise in IT operations and infrastructure management. He previously served as IT Manager at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa, where he successfully led pre-opening IT operations, including core application implementation, VM infrastructure setup, and server/Active Directory security architecture.

At The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, Sulabh will oversee the entire IT ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity, robust cybersecurity, and digital innovation that enhances the guest journey. His technical acumen and ability to align technology with business strategy will be instrumental in establishing a world-class digital infrastructure.
