Throughout his illustrious career, predominantly with Marriott International, Ahemer has showcased an exceptional growth trajectory, evolving from a Reservations Associate to leadership roles, including his most recent tenure as Director of Sales at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. His career spans a broad portfolio of luxury, premium, and select service hotels across business, convention, and resort segments in diverse geographies.

Recognized as a collaborative and innovative leader, Ahemer has worked extensively with property and above-property level strategy teams to drive business initiatives, optimize hotel revenues, and deliver strategic value to properties. His core strengths include the creation and execution of impactful sales and marketing strategies, deployment of profitable business segmentation, long-term business alignment, and talent mentoring and development. In addition, Ahemer has closely handled the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment and has rich experience working with the industry, having successfully served as an Airline Champion during his tenure.

Ahemer’s professional journey includes significant tenures at prestigious hotels such as JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Courtyard Marriott Mumbai, Marriott Sales Office-South Mumbai, JW Marriott Juhu. Over the years, he has been the recipient of multiple accolades, including the prestigious Marriott Golden Circle Awards, and the Marriott Top Performer Chairman’s Circle honor.
