The Westin Mumbai Garden City has announced the appointment of Vikas Singh as its new Director of Food & Beverages, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team as it continues to enhance its culinary and dining offerings.
Vikas brings close to two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong background in culinary leadership and large-scale food and beverage operations. A seasoned Marriott professional, he has consistently driven high standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across premium hotel environments.
Prior to his appointment, Vikas served as Executive Chef at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, where he successfully led the hotel’s signature restaurants and banqueting operations, playing a key role in elevating the overall dining experience and strengthening team performance.
In his new role, Vikas will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s complete food and beverage strategy, with a focus on innovation, service excellence, sustainability, and talent development, further reinforcing The Westin Mumbai Garden City’s positioning as a leading culinary destination in Mumbai.
