With over 15 years of experience in driving sales strategies within the hospitality sector, Nishtha brings a sharp commercial focus and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics. Known for her results-driven approach and strong client network, she will be responsible for steering the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives, identifying new revenue streams, and strengthening corporate and MICE outreach.
Effectively working in conjunction with IHCL hotels Pan-India to maximize & formulate total account management strategies, Nishtha has demonstrated expertise in driving and managing the entire sales process – targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing. She will further drive revenue growth through holistic sales and marketing strategies, tailored to key market segments.
