Narendra Nagar, 03rd February 2026: The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Annoo Rachel Vilayil Rajoo as its new Assistant Director of Spa, within the Spa & Recreation department. With over a decade of experience in Ayurvedic consultation, Panchakarma, spa management, and wellness operations, Dr. Annoo brings deep clinical expertise and a holistic approach to luxury wellness across global resort environments.
An experienced Ayurvedic Doctor, Dr. Annoo has worked across leading luxury resorts in India, the Maldives, and Turkey, holding key roles as Spa Manager, Ayurvedic Physician, and Medical Offi cer. Her professional journey refl ects a strong foundation in integrating traditional Ayurvedic practices with contemporary wellness concepts, while ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
Among her notable achievements, Dr. Annoo has successfully managed end-to-end spa operations, led diverse and multicultural therapy teams, and designed customised wellness programs tailored to individual guest needs. She has also played a key role in curating a specialised Sleep Therapy Program, aimed at enhancing guest recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing; an initiative aligned with The Westin brand’s wellness philosophy.

In her new role, Dr. Annoo’s priorities include enhancing guest experiences through tailored wellness offerings, strengthening training and performance standards across the spa team, and driving sustainable revenue growth through quality-led innovation. Outside of work, she enjoys music, reading, and travelling, and is known for her interest in experimenting with wellness concepts, particularly blending Ayurveda with Western wellness practices.
