Treebo Hospitality Ventures Elevates Hardik Goyal as Founding Partner

Celebrating a decade of impact, Goyal takes on an expanded role to drive strategic growth, and commercial excellence at THV.

Bengaluru, 25th August 2025: Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) today announced the elevation of Hardik Goyal as Founding Partner, in recognition of the multi-faceted, foundational contributions made by him over his 10-year journey with the company. Having been associated with THV since its inception, Goyal has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, grooming its next generation of leaders, and steering its evolution into India’s largest and most trusted hospitality players in the affordable segment. His new role reflects both his enduring commitment to THV’s mission and the organisation’s confidence in his leadership as the company enters its next phase of growth.

In addition to his new role as Founding Partner, Goyal will continue to serve as the Chief Commercial Officer, a role in which Goyal has been responsible for all revenue-generating functions at THV, including brand direct sales, corporate sales, OTA sales, pricing, and revenue planning & strategy. His work on building sustainable demand systems, pricing strategies, and property-level performance models has been instrumental in delivering consistent value to both guests and partners. 

As Founding Partner, Goyal will take on an expanded mandate: deepening THV’s presence in tier-2/3/4 cities, accelerating hotel portfolio growth, and advancing the company’s technology-driven solutions under its Hotel Superhero brand. In addition to continuing as CCO, he will work closely with the co-founder to shape Treebo’s long-term strategy, foster high-performing teams, and spearhead innovation in guest experience and operational efficiency.

Beyond his strategic contributions, Goyal is widely admired across THV for his empathetic and empowering leadership style. Known for fostering a culture of meritocracy, ownership, and collaboration, he has mentored and inspired numerous colleagues throughout his tenure, many of whom have thrived under his guidance.
