Starting his journey as a Hotel Operations Trainee at Majorda Beach Resort, Goa, he progressed through senior roles at esteemed brands like The Sonnet, Kolkata, InterContinental Hotel Muscat and Mehfil Group of Hotels. Currently serving as Associate Director – Food & Beverage at Vedic Village Spa Resort, Kolkata, Shivraj focuses on elevating service standards, optimizing operations and leading high performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
