With over 24 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Sharad joins Espire Hospitality Limited at a key phase as the company continues to strengthen its commercial and sales leadership.

 Sharad brings with him extensive experience across luxury, upscale, heritage, and convention hotel segments. He has held senior leadership roles with reputed hospitality brands such as Noormahal Hotels Group, Radisson Hotels Group, Ajit Group of Hotels, Ramada Plaza (Wyndham), Sarovar Hotels (Louvre Hotels Group), Le Meridien, and Grand Hyatt.

 Known for his strong sales acumen and strategic approach, Sharad has successfully driven revenue growth across multiple properties. His expertise spans sales leadership, revenue generation, MICE, weddings, corporate sales, marketing strategy, and brand positioning. He has a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and managing medium to large-inventory hotels, including convention-led and luxury heritage properties.

 In his new role at Espire Hospitality Limited, Sharad will focus on strengthening the sales framework for ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts, driving top-line growth, and aligning sales strategies with organisational goals.
