Ltd, the hotel management subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels for the upcoming 76 rooms Lemon Tree Premier, Bhubaneswar and 69 rooms Lemon Tree Viman Nagar, Pune properties. Noesis also advised Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. on the 85 rooms hotel at Hyderabad which is now operational as Lemon Tree Hotel, Banjara Hills.

This strategically located property will surely be one of the top choices amongst business travelers with proximity to Bhubaneswar Airport, Infocity, Kalinga Stadium, KIIT and other key places. Being the regional gateway to the tourist triangle of Puri, Konark & Chilika Lake Bhubaneswar attracts a large volume of leisure tourists. Assessing the great demand for an upscale hotel and considering the specifications & location, the Noesis Research team found “Lemon Tree Premier Hotel” the right fit. The hotel is scheduled to open by March 2020.

Acting as an exclusive transaction manager to RK Victuals group and Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., Noesis Capital Advisors recently facilitated the 69-room property located near Pune International Airport. Erstwhile Hotel Fidalgo, was the best performing hotel in Viman Nagar micro market in the mid-scale space. Now with the brand identity of Lemon Tree Hotels the property will witness further enhancement in terms of occupancy by 10% and Average Room Rate (ARR) by 15%. The brand will ensure repeated guests, improved services and attract higher level of business travelers, thereby adding to the overall growth of the hotel. The hotel is currently getting upgraded and will open as a Lemon Tree Hotel, Viman Nagar by April 2019.

Last year Noesis Capital Advisors successfully facilitated the hotel transaction between Arka Hotels Pvt. Ltd. and Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. for the 85-room property located at the most covered Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The property is presently operational as Lemon Tree Hotel Banjara Hills and enjoys high occupancy rates.
