Northern Spice Route – A flavourful Journey at Holiday Inn, Aerocity

Viva at Holiday Inn Aerocity is delighted to announce its highly anticipated culinary event, the Northern Spice Route. Led by Executive Chef Sumit Sabharwal and Chef de Cuisine Sunder, this week-long flavourful journey promises to treat taste buds with the rich flavors of Northern India.

Beginning with the delights of Awadh, guests can indulge in the aromatic Nihari paired with soft Khamiri Roti, reminiscent of the bustling streets of Lucknow's Chowk. The journey culminates in the rustic flavors of Punjab, featuring delectable Kulchas and Kuddad that promise to delight the palate. The buffet will feature the best of the region, with live counters adding to the immersive dining experience.

Viva aims to transport guests on a cultural voyage through the vibrant setup, complemented by live singing performances to enhance the dining experience. This unique food week is scheduled from the 9th to the 16th of June.
