The day commenced with a delectable brunch meticulously curated by the hotel's culinary experts. Guests indulged in an array of mouth-watering dishes, including Chocolate yule log, Grand mamas pre- Christmas pudding, Cake mixing special torte, Korean buns, Pretzels, Brioche and an enticing assortment of desserts. It was the perfect precursor to the main event, setting the stage for an afternoon of joy and camaraderie spearheaded by the Pastry Chef - Chef Rajesh Paramshivam.

The cake mixing ceremony, a time-honoured tradition, took center stage as guests donned aprons, gloves and caps and gathered around the mixing table. An enticing array of ingredients, including Black Currant, Golden Apricot, Rum-Soaked Figs, Dates, Candied Orange Peel, and more, was on display. Equipped with bottles of fine liquor, guests enthusiastically participated in the mixing process, setting the stage for over a month-long process where the talented chefs at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach will work their magic to craft the finest Christmas and New Year cakes.

The festive ambiance was elevated by the background melodies of beloved holiday tunes, enhancing the cheerful spirit of the gathering.
