Zaffran, Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach’s Speciality Indian restaurant is all set to rekindle its guests’ dining experience. Already known for its hospitality, ambience and deliciousness, it now aims to further elevate the guest experience.

Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach (NVVB) has chosen to introduce a nouvelcuisine, the NORTH WEST FRONTIER CUISINE, the first of its kind offering in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The guests may now be able to relish flavours which have hints of various regions. The ambience, too, has been revamped to ensure the guests have a disparate experience. The team at Zaffran pledges to ensure the guests receive a royal treatment with an array of delectable preparations, created especially to ensure that the guests reminisce the respective regions.

NVVB believes in proffering innovative and divergent initiatives; re-launching the existent Zaffran menu was an act of the same. Keeping in mind the fact that we are in a digital age, the food and beverage menu will no longer be in a book format. Customers will receive the menu on a tablet; they may scroll through and choose their preferences. Thus, truly adapting to the Gen Next and getting rid of conventional methodologies.

Mr. Abhishek Pani, F&B Manger, NVVB said, “We wanted to create a royal experience for the guests. The ambience has been changed and so have the offerings. I believe guests will truly enjoy deciding their choice of dishes via the tablet menu. We look forward to hosting them.”
