Mumbai, April 08, 2022: The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI)’s Mumbai Chapter is hosting India’s first Cloud Kitchen Convention powered by Petpooja on April 12th, 2022 at The Lalit Mumbai. This convention will be an exclusive and first-of-its kind event by the Industry, for the Industry, where all leading players from the Cloud Kitchen space will get together and share extensive information during the sessions.
The Cloud Kitchen industry is expected to become a 2 billion dollar industry in India by 2024, with the potential to expand its horizon on a global level. It will also pave the way for accelerating and revolutionising the concept of dine-in restaurants and cafes. Through this convention, NRAI aims to help this ecosystem grow to higher levels.
The convention, spearheaded by Mr. Pranav Rungta and Ms. Rachel Goenka, will feature a series of power packed panel discussions with more than 40 Speakers highlighting the power of Cloud Kitchens, their inherent advantages and key imperatives such as sustainability, profitability, growth, marketing and much more.
As per the proposed agenda, the convention will commence at 11AM with a Welcome Address by Mr. Kabir Suri, President of NRAI and will close with networking and cocktails from 7PM onwards. Unfolding the structure of events for the day, there will be:
