Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bandra gears up for Easter

April 2022: The celebrations are on and Easter spirit is taking over. Brace yourself for an ultimate festive binge as Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bandra is all set to serve a show-stopping decadent Easter Brunch on April 17, 2022. 

Diners can begin by picking from a Grazing Board, featuring options such as the Bright Summer Salad, orange segments, grapefruit, mixed greens, 5 seed crackers, honey mustard dressing; Roasted Vegetable wraps, roasted peppers, zucchini and onion wraps. An Olive Cheese Board, featuring assorted cheese, spiced nuts and compote will also be served. 

Guests can then move on to Appetizers like Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Filo Parcels; Lamb Kefte served with zaatar yogurt; Greek Chicken Cups served with roasted peppers, olive and feta and Fried Fish Fingers with Lemon Aioli.

A dining experience at Olive is incomplete without their signature Pizzas. Options on the Easter Brunch menu include the classic Margherita; and Breakfast Pizza, topped with smoked bacon, egg and spicy tomato sauce to name a few. Keeping with the Easter spirit, Olive will also offer a Carving Station, with gluten-free options such as the Rosemary rubbed leg of Lamb; Herb Roasted Porchetta; and Whole-Roasted Chicken available to diners. For Mains, guests can opt fortheSummer Vegetable Tagine; Morrocan Lamb tagine, a spiced lamb stew and Baked Snapper with brown butter emulsion served with cherry tomatoes and capers.

Satiate your sweet tooth as you tease them with desserts like Spiced Carrot cake with cream cheese, Pistachio Rose Squares, Mango cheesecake and last but not the least the Olive tiramisu.
