Coupette is known to have created some of the most famous cocktails of recent years, several of which will be available at Olive on November 16.
Guests can enjoy Champagne Pina Colada made with rum, pineapple juice and cordial, coconut sorbet and Champagne; Cocoa Collins, white-run, crème de cacao, lemon juice, vanilla syrup and soda; Liquid Gold, saffron dry vermouth, saffron syrup and Champagne; Green Machine, Bianco tequila, green chartreuse, lemon juice, sugar syrup, fresh basil and egg white; The Poser, Aperol, Cointreau, pink grapefruit juice, Peychauds bitters and Champagne; and Watermelon Gimlet, cognac, sweet vermouth, Kahlua, cherry liqueur, sugar syrup and walnut bitters.
Designed to be enjoyed without stuffiness or fuss, the drinks at Coupette are both deceptively simple and effortlessly complex – a philosophy that the bar team will bring with it, to Olive Bar & Kitchen. Bringing Coupette to India is its owner Chris Moore, a well-recognised named in the UK cocktail industry.
The Coupette bar takeover at Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bandra kick-starts the restaurant’s 19th-anniversary celebrations, which is happening in conjunction with the launch of a brand-new menu, under the recently-appointed, new Executive Chef, Viraf Patel.
