Olive Pizzeria, Olive Bar and Kitchen’s cloud kitchen, launches new additions to its gourmet pizza offerings

Mumbai, 18 February 2022: Olive Pizzeria—a cloud kitchen recently initiated by AD Singh’s iconic Olive Bar and Kitchen—has brought new additions to its menu. With these new additional dishes to its offerings of authentic Neapolitan style pizzas, pasta dishes, pull-apart breads and more, the cloud kitchen seeks to provide gourmet Italian cuisine right to your doorstep.

Its Creamy Spinach Pizza plays with flavours—San Marzano tomato sauce base topped with dijon mustard, blistered cherry tomatoes, pickled jalapeños and feta mousse drizzle with, of course, creamy spinach. Meanwhile, the Korean Spiced Chicken Pizza has a base of San Marzano tomato sauce with Korean-spiced chicken, roasted garlic, onions, chilli crisps and togarashi spice as toppings. Furthermore, the menu also includes Ultimate Meat Pizza with lamb meatballs, chicken sausage, Spanish ham with a balsamic drizzle on the San Marzano sauce base.

Olive Pizzeria’s other speciality, its pull-apart breads, are served in both sweet and savoury varieties. The sweet variants like Sweet Cinnamon Glaze Bread generously sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon and Chocolate, Caramel and Sea Salt Bread slathered in chocolate with a sprinkle of sea salt will fill your senses and take you on a heavenly gastronomical journey. Moreover, its mouthwatering garlic breads are now available as pull-apart breads too! Additionally, its selection of rich and creamy pasta dishes includes Penne in Porcini Cream, Mac & Cheese, as well as the classic Spaghetti Aglio E Olio. 

For those who want the best of both worlds, the menu also offers ‘Half and Half Pizza’ choices in veg and non-veg variants. In addition to that, ‘DIY Pizzas’ and ‘Make Your Own Pasta’ options allow customers to claim their own personal flavours.

The cloud kitchen is pulling out all the stops to ensure that the food is prepared and delivered securely—by making it mandatory for all the staff to wash and sanitise their hands frequently and have their temperature checked every day.
