Veteran Dr.Chef Manjit Singh Gill, former Corporate Chef of ITC Hotels & Founder President of Indian Federation of Culinary Associations has been awarded with the lifetime achievement by Indian Institute of Millets Research, Ministry of Agriculture. Chef Gill holds chief positions in various global as well as domestic culinary associations.
Indian Institute of Millets Research (IIMR) is a premier agricultural research institute engaged in basic and strategic research on sorghum and other millets under Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
Chef Dr. Manjit Gill has penned three books, Eat Wisely and Well, Secrets of Indian Gastronomy and Indian Spa Cooking.
