New Delhi – Karnal – 14th June 2024: In its endeavour to bring back the charm of some of the dwindling varieties of mango this season, Noormahal Palace Hotel, Karnal is celebrating a Royal Mango Festival to delight the taste buds of mango lovers. Procuring more than 100 varieties of Mangos such as Ratnagiri, Sinduri, Malgova, Chakkarakutty, and many more from across India, the palace hotel has curated unique and some of the lost recipes with mango as the main ingredient/flavour. The hotel will be presenting a wide selection of mouth-watering mango-infused delicacies, highlighting the fruit's versatility for the entire month of June.

The Main Course comprises Grilled Fish with Mango Sauce, Sultani Ghost Mango Handi, Murg Mango Makhani, Makhmali Mango Paneer, Raipuri Mango Kofta, Mango Dryfruit Pulao, Cauliflower Mango Mornay etc.
