Having embraced a whole food plant-based lifestyle, she experienced healing that touched every corner of her life—body, mind, and spirit. Her son, Devansh Nahata, had the world at his feet—a double degree in Finance and Economics from Loyola Marymount University, California, and limitless possibilities abroad. Yet, in a time when many choose distant dreams, Devansh chose his roots. He chose his mother. He chose Justbe.

“I realised that the biggest success I could ever have was to build something meaningful with the person who has given me everything,” says Devansh. As Chief Operating Officer, he brought operational finesse, marketing brilliance, and financial acumen—driving a 330% increase in social media engagement and a 129% rise in footfall within two years.

As a mother, Nidhi describes this journey as her heart’s deepest fulfilment. “To see my son not just stand beside me but believe in the same purpose—that is a gift beyond any measure. He could have been anywhere in the world, but he chose to come home and build with me. That’s every mother’s silent dream come true.”

Together, they transformed a 90-year-old heritage building into India’s finest plant-based vegetation restaurant—a legacy of compassion, health, and togetherness.
