Ingredients:
Orange: 02 no
Cucumber: 01 no
Cherry Tomato: 06 no
Green Bell Pepper: 01 no
Hung Curd: 40 gms
Honey: 05 gms
Parsley: 02 gms
Salt: to taste
Method:
· Peel and cut cucumber and orange into dices.
· Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the bell peppers.
· Mix all the diced ingredients together.
· Beat together hung curd, honey, salt, and chopped parsley.
· Toss it onto the salad, mix thoroughly and serve cold.
