Pa Pa Ya the modern high energy Pan Asian restaurant from the house of Massive Restaurants opens their new chic south Mumbai stand-alone outlet this season.

Infamous for its Pan Asian cuisine influenced by several countries across Asia with a twist of molecular gastronomy, which cumulates into the best diverse dishes. The menu includes some of the best chows from countries like Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia and Singapore. Reinventing Asian cuisine in its entirety and dining there is a culinary experience. A lot of thought and care goes into making each dish on the menu, and the look and feel of the restaurant. They only use the freshest and finest of ingredients from the region of origin, and they showcase iconic dishes from around the orient, crafted in ways that no one has ever seen before for every guest to have a completely avant-garde epicurean experience.

Spread over 2,500sq.ft and set in prominent and happening streets in Colaba, Location playing a major part in the design of the new restaurant the interiors are designed in a chic modern soft palette of colors and furnishings. The Pa Pa Ya outlet at Colaba is completely different from the other outlets in many ways including concept, zoning and overall play of materials and finishes. The only thing kept common is the use of parametric designs.

Adding to Pa Pa Ya’s holistic dining experience the new restaurant will also showcase a new bar menu with a range of cocktails in its signature beverage section, which have been given the same craftsmanship as the cuisine, applying the extensive use of molecular mixology with absolute cutting edge innovation never been seen before. The modern cooking techniques like elements of molecular gastronomy and presentation adding an element of surprise to the dining experience.
