The collaboration will redefine the art of cocktails in this first of its kind bar takeover. With Paradiso's famed mixology skills taking the center stage, ZLB23's international bar takeover catalyses the local cocktail scene by bringing together virtuosos and talented mixologists from diverse cultures and backgrounds to India. This extraordinary collaboration marks ZLB23 and The Leela Palace's trailblazing initiative to elevate Indian cocktail culture.

Paradiso, the world's best cocktail bar from Barcelona, recognized for its ingenuity and innovation, will showcase its mixology prowess during the bar takeover event at ZLB23. With Paradiso, CEO & Owner Giacomo Giannotti bringing the concept of "paradise" to India. The Kryptonite and the Evolution Negroni, two specialty drinks at Paradiso that include a mix of flavors and creative presentations, are some of the signature curations patrons can expect to enjoy. The bar takeover promises an exciting journey through the world of mixology, featuring informative workshops, live demonstrations and engaging discussions with the participating mixologists. The Leela Palace, Bengaluru has curated a meticulous and selective line-up of exceptional bars to take over ZLB23 from all over the world, with some of these bars making their debut in India. About Paradiso

Paradiso is a cocktail bar in Barcelona, Spain, that has been named the Best Bar in the World in 2022. The bar is in the El Born neighbourhood, and it is known for its creative cocktails, its dimly lit atmosphere, and its excellent service. Paradiso was opened in 2016, and the name is a reference to the "paradise" of creativity and innovation that the owners wanted to create. The cocktails at Paradiso are inspired by a wide range of influences, including history, mythology, and science.
