It's a win-win for everyone, with a mouthwatering array of dishes crafted with fresh, vibrant ingredients, the Veganuary menu is sure to tantalize the taste buds of vegans and non-vegans alike, starting on the 15th of January at Brik Oven Indiranagar.

Brik takes pride in its in-house-made Vegan Mozzarella made from Cashew milk, adding a creamy, indulgent touch to each creation, while the Sourdough bread is meticulously fermented for a minimum of 72 hours, resulting in a superior texture and depth of flavour.

Diners can indulge in classic favourites reimagined with vegan Mozzarella, like the Margherita and Hawaiian. For those seeking bolder flavours, the Anna pizza, featuring San Marzano Sauce, Vegan Mozzarella, red Onions, red Peppers, Garlic, Jalapenos, and Vegan Feta is sure to hit the spot.

Beyond pizza, Brik Oven’s vegan menu boasts a selection of fresh and flavourful salads. The Smoked Vinaigrette salad, with its medley of mixed greens, Lollo Rosso, Romaine, confit Cherry Tomato, Bell Peppers, red Onion, Vegan Feta, Walnuts, and green Olives, is a nourishing delight.
