Megha Poddar – White Light Food

Megha Poddar's career as a savvy businesswoman began after she married into the prominent Siyaram Poddar Group.

Founder of White Light Food, as well as the recipient of the Franchise Association of India's 'Young Women Entrepreneur' award, the Retail Association of India's 'Women of Wonder' award, and the Navbharat Group's 'Young entrepreneur' in the innovative Food category, made a name for herself after leaving her Siyaram Group family business to strike out on her own.

Komal Hiranandani – Dolce Vee

Komal Hiranandani is the creator of a social venture that helps consumers purchase in a more socially conscious manner. During the last semester of her Master's degree in Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, she founded the firm. These closet sales have gained the company much momentum since its inception, celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor have donated their closets for a cause, with the earnings going to the NGOs with whom they have partnered. She has been involved with a wide range of NGOs in some form or another, for over 20 years, on various projects and campaigning for more effective environmental protection regulations.

Yahvi Mariwala – Nandan Coffee

Yahvi Mariwala is a 3rd generation coffee roaster in a mostly male-dominated profession, as well as a former Junior National Champion and the sole female member of India's Show Jumping team at the South East Asian Championships in Seoul, South Korea. She wants Nandan, an award-winning, organic, single-estate coffee company, to grow into an empire.

Ms. Rachel Goenka - CEO & Founder of The Chocolate Spoon Company

Rachel spearheads the hospitality venture The Chocolate Spoon Company and is the author of 'Adventures with Mithai' - her debut recipe book with 50 original recipes of Indian classics with a modern twist. She was recently inducted as the Youngest Managing Committee Member of NRAI (National Restaurant Association of India). This multifaceted chef and restaurateur is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu, London, and started her journey at the age of 24. She has managed to create a successful chain of 7 restaurants, 10 patisseries, 2 central kitchens, and 3 cloud kitchensacross Mumbai & Pune in less than a decade. Some of her brands include The Sassy Spoon, House of Mandarin, Wicked China, Baraza Bars & Bites, Sassy Teaspoon, and The Sassy Children's Cafe.
