Prego prepareds an Italian feast curated by Vir Sanghvi at The Westin Mumbai Garden City

MUMBAI, 3rd DECEMBER 2018: The Westin Mumbai Garden City in collaboration with Eazy Diner, welcomed select patrons to indulge in an inviting and hearty Italian fare at Prego on 02nd December 2018. The extravagant spread was specially curated by the famed food critic, Vir Sanghvi, and adroitly prepared, by the in-house Italian culinary maestro, Chef Antonello Cancedda. This special feast told a story of an authentic Italian meal, themed around the concept of ‘Sprezzatura’, an Italian relaxed way of life.

Prego offers its guests a laid-back culinary experience combined with home-style authentic Italian cooking, and scrumptious signature dishes that are close to perfection on a plate. Using traditional Italian flavors and skilled techniques, guests were in for an afternoon soirée with the best of Prego’s spectacular menu. Ranging from signature dishes like Trofiette Pasta tossed in a Pesto Sauce, Ravioli Fish and the tantalizing Tiramisu Coffee with Mascarpone and Lady Finger Cake. To delectable dishes like Mushroom Capuccino Soup, Goat Cheese Beetroot Ravioli, Frutti Di Mare Seafood Pizza and succulent Prince Orloff Rack of Lamb with Caper Berry and Rosemary Jus. Savour heavenly desserts such as Green Tea Matcha Choux au Craquelin, Pecan and Figs Mini Crostata and a mouth-watering Pistachio Chocolate Fountain.
