Chef Gajanan brings with him the expertise of authentic Cantonese cuisine along with the innovation and zeal to craft new preparations to exceed guest expectations. To showcase a glimpse of his talent, San:Qi presents "The Cantonese Chronicles," a limited edition menu with a blend of much-loved and brand new recipes of dim sum, including spicy mock duck dumpling, chicken char siew bao, crispy turnip cakes and more. When asked about his personal favourite dim sum from this menu, Chef Gajanan doesn’t hesitate for even a second before naming the steamed mushroom bao.
