Valentine's Cherry Cheesecake
Composition:
1. Topfil Cherry
2. Deli Cheesecake
Decoration:
Fondant Hearts
Method:
1. Crush the cookies & mix with the soft butter.
2. Make a base of the crushed cookie in a heart-shaped silicone mould
3. And refrigerate for 15mins
4. Fill the same mould with Deli Cheesecake & Bake at 170°C for 15-
5. 20 minutes or till the slightly golden surface
6. Once baked, freeze overnight, demould & top with Topfil cherry
7. Your Valentine's Cherry Cheesecake is ready to serve

A) Red Velvet Sponge
Method:
1. Mix Tegral Satin Red Velvet Egg Free premix & water at slow spees for one minute and high speed for 4 minutes with the paddle attachment.
2. Add oil and mix again at slow speed till oil dissolves.
3. Pour the batter in a greased moukd &bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes or till bake.

B) Cheese Cream
Method:
1. Mix Deli Cheesecake & Cremfil Classic Vanilla with Semi whipped cream & form a smooth mixture
Recipe:
Deli Cheesecake 300gm
Cremfil Classic Vanilla 100gm
Whipped Cream 500gm
Assembly:
1. Layer & cover the Red Velvet sponge with cheese cream & refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Glaze the cake with Brillo Cold Glaze Red Velvet.
3. Decorate the cake with garnishes made with Carat Coverlux White & Carat Coverlux Milk.
4. Your Valentine's Delight is reday to serve.
