The tree is comprised of fallen branches and washed-up wood, an excellent way to recycle and utilize natural resources. High tea, filled with savouries and other relishing Christmas delicacies, succeeded the event. The occasion witnessed a choir performance by the United Pentecostal Church, who sang some of their best songs. The air was filled with laughter as everyone welcomed the holiday season.

The event showcased season’s freshly baked rich plum cakes, Christmas goodies, stolen breads and hand-rolled chocolates which the guest can buy as gift hampers from the hotel’s Christmas Chalet sampling suite. The culinary brigade of the hotel also gave a scrumptious tasting menu with some unique small plates, farm fresh charcuterie and hot canapés for all guests.
