Guests can sip on to our expert mixologists’ exquisitely crafted creation, Classic Tom Collins (Gin, Simple Syrup, Bitters, Soda Water) along with its eclectic variations such as Ron Collins (Spiced Rum, Lime Juice, Demerera Syrup, Bitters, Pineapple juice), John Collins (Bourbon, Demerera Syrup, Lemon Juice, Soda Water), Phil Collins (Vodka, Green Chartreuse, Simple Syrup, Cranberry Juice, Soda Water) and Irish Collins (Irish whiskey, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup, Soda Water) amongst others.
