Whole wheat pumpkin chocolate chips
Ingredients:
- Unsalted Butter – 75 gm
- Brown Sugar – 140 gm
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
- Pumpkin Puree – 50ml
- Whole wheat flour – 220 gm
- Salt – a pinch
- Cinnamon ground – ½
tea spoon - Ginger chopped- ½ tea
spoon - Cloves ground- ½ tea
spoon - Baking soda- ½ tea
spoon - Choco chips – 80gm
Method:
1.
Preheat the oven to 350*F. Beat the butter and sugar together until light
fluffy.
Add the egg and continue to beat until the
mixture is light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients. Add vanilla essence and pumpkin
puree together until smooth, keep it for 2 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients and wet
ingredients. Slightly stir in the Choco chips.
4. Drop by tablespoon onto greased tray. Bake for
20-25 minutes being careful not to over bake. Cool it slightly before removing
from pan.
