  1. Recipe :
    Whole wheat pumpkin
    chocolate chips

Ingredients:

  • Unsalted Butter – 75 gm
  • Brown Sugar – 140 gm
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp.
  • Pumpkin Puree – 50ml
  • Whole wheat flour – 220 gm
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Cinnamon ground – ½
    tea spoon
  • Ginger chopped- ½ tea
    spoon
  • Cloves ground- ½ tea
    spoon
  • Baking soda- ½ tea
    spoon
  • Choco chips – 80gm

Method:

1.
Preheat the oven to 350*F. Beat the butter and sugar together until light
fluffy.

    Add the egg and continue to beat until the
mixture is light and fluffy.

2.
In a separate bowl mix all the ingredients. Add vanilla essence and pumpkin
puree together until smooth, keep it for 2 minutes.  

3. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients and wet
ingredients. Slightly stir in the Choco chips.

4. Drop by tablespoon onto greased tray. Bake for
20-25 minutes being careful not to over bake. Cool it slightly before removing
from pan.
