Recipe-Home made Apple Bake Yoghurt by Chef Ashok Suyal

Ingredients:

Apple 1
Amul curd 100 gm
Amul cream 100 ml
Milkmaid 100 gm

Method:

  1. Peel apple cut into small pieces and put in ceramic cups.
  2. Mix all ingredients together mix well and fill in the cups
  3. Put some water in the baking tray and place the cup on the tray.
  4. Bake at 170 c° for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Cool at room temperature. After cooling keep in the fridge for one hour. And serve
