2 cups shredded spinach
1 tbsp Garlic chop
2 tbsp Onion chop
2no Green chilli chop
1no Whole red chilli
A pinch Asafetida
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 No Tomatoes (diced)
1 tsp Deggi mirch
Salt as per taste
3 tbsp refined Oil
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp ghee
Method:
Heat oil adds whole red chilli, cumin, chop garlic, chop onion and green chilli sauté it.
Put fresh spinach leaves and asafetida to sauté it again.
Add spices and check the seasoning.
Finish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve it hot
