Ingredients:
100 g cooked quinoa
1-2 carrots, finely cut into thin sticks
1 zucchini, finely cut into thin sticks
1 radish, finely cut into thin sticks
2 Nori sheet
1 g Wasabi
To serve
Ginger pickle
Soy sauce
Spicy Japanese mayo
Note:
You can also add sliced tuna, smoked salmon or prawns.
