Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 2-inch squares
1 tbsp Amul chess
1 pcs ginger, chopped
6 pcs apricots,
Salt to taste
1½ tsps red chilli powder
1½ tsp garam masala powder
½ cup Hung yoghurt
1½ tbsps Ginger-Garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) powder
2 pcs Green chilli chopped
1 tbs coriander leaves chopped
2 Drops kewra water

Method
For stuffing :
Grate the Amul cheese. Add ginger chopped, prunes chopped, apricots chopped, and mix well.
Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
For the marinade
Take a bowl, put yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, remaining chilli powder, turmeric powder, remaining garam masala powder and dried fenugreek leave powder in a bowl. Add kewra water and mix well.
Cut the cottage cheese into a square. Take a scooper, and whole it.
Take a stuffing and stuff the paneer.
Add the marination and mix well. Add stuffed cottage cheese pieces and coat nicely.
Arrange the skewers in the air fryer and air-fry for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander strips and serve hot.
