A lovely gin based Bloody Mary, the same spicy kick but with aroma of juniper
Ingredients:
Ice
Squeeze of lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
3-6 dashes Tabasco sauce (personal taste)
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle of Arqa garam masala
50ml Gin
Tomato juice
Celery stick, to garnish
Method:
Place the ice into a large tumbler.
Add the lemon juice, salt, freshly ground black pepper, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and gin. Tweak the seasoning if needed.
Top up with tomato juice and stir with a celery stick and sprinkle over some garam masla – serve straightaway.
