Gosht Galawat Kabab

Mutton Keema 150 gms

Raw Papaya Paste 25 gms

Ginger & Garlic Paste 10 gms

Salt To taste

Cashewnut paste 20 gms

Brown Onion paste 20 gms

Red Chili Powder 5 gms

Black Pepper Powder 5 gms

Yellow Chili Powder 5 gms

Clove Powder 5 gms

Mace Powder 5 gms

Nut Meg Powder 5 gms

Potli masala 5 gms

Ghee 25 gms

Kewra water few dashes

Method:

First Marination

· Take Mutton Keema add raw papaya, ginger and garlic paste, salt and leave for 40 mins to get tender.

Second Marination

· In second margination mix paste of cashew nut, brown onion and add all spices powder and potli masala

Smoking And Shaping

· Give charcoal smoke to mince mixture with clove, rose water, kewra and ghee.
· Shape flat patty medium sizes

Shallow Fry / Grilling

· Shallow fry/Grill with small quantity of mix on hot plate on slow heat to get light golden color.
