A hearty experience of exclusively curated Pan-Asian cuisines
New Delhi, 5th March 2019: An innovative and lip-smacking new menu has been launched at Honk- a Pan Asian bistro restaurant of Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. Honk serves contemporary Pan Asian dishes with a motto of serving Street Smart Food. The menu will take customer on a gastronomic journey of Asian countries while sitting at the comfort of the upscale hotel.

The new menu has been carefully curated by Chef Ajay Anand, Chef Deepak Malhotra and the culinary team of Honk with special attention to the plating of each dish.

The menu showcases culinary influences from the diverse regions of Asia, primarily China and Japan with a glimpse of Thai and Singapore as well as a touch of Indonesia.

The dishes that stand out from this amazing menu are Larb Kai- A Thai style Minced Chicken with fresh mint salad, Green Valley- A Japanese rolls made of guacamole, jalapeno mayo, avocado and asparagus, Tuna Pizza, Lobster With Black Truffle Caviar Dumpling among a range of delicacies.

For mains, one can try Chef special "Honk's own" Spicy Prawn or Stir-Fried Tofu with broccoli and pok choy and ginger Shao Xing. Complete an elaborate Asian affair with a delectable dessert such as Fried cinnamon banana with white sesame jaggery fudge from the menu.
