With over 13 years of experience, the festival will be hosted by visiting Chef Mourane who is a native of Puglia, the place of origin of pizzas and pasta. Heavily influenced by the bold and flavorsome ingredients of Southern Italy, his food will tantalize your taste buds and make you yearn for more.

Known for his creativity and passion, Chef Mourane has assembled an array of exquisite dishes with recipes all the way from home, to bring this festival to life. Some of the signature dishes available are Astice tiepido alla Catalana. The irresistible Insalata di Asparagi Grigliati, Salmone Affumicato in casa. A recommended dish to have along with wine would be Ravioli Ripieni di Patate e Broccoli or Salsa di Pomodorini e basilica. The offering also includes people’s favorite and the most in-demand - Polo Al Balsamico Peperonata di Patate e Pepperoni.
