Relish Bengali Food Festival happening at The Square, Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road in celebration of Poila Baisakh

Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is proud to announce the upcoming week-long Bengali food festival in celebration of Poila Baisakh, the Bengali New Year. The festival will take place from April 15th to April 23rd, and promises to be a culinary experience like no other.

Poila Baisakh Mahabhoj will feature an extensive menu of authentic Bengali cuisine, prepared by master chefs flown in from Kolkata who specializes in traditional Bengali cooking. Guests will be able to explore a variety of dishes for both lunch and dinner buffet and can indulge traditional delicacies like dimer devil, bhetki fish fry, Dhokar dalna, shukto, Bhapa ilish, kosha Mangsho, and mouth-watering desserts like Nollen gurer baked rosogolla, bhapa mishit doi, sandesh and many more.

The festival will be held at our all-day dining restaurant, The Square. The ambience will be decorated to create a traditional Bengali feel and adding to the vibe a mix of classic Bengali music in the background.
